These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SalesHiker platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages, violate WhatsApp or Meta policies, infringe others' rights, or engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable messaging policies.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the contacts, messages, and other content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide and improve the Service.
5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesHiker is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
6. Changes & Contact
